We make regular opportunities for our church members to get together for prayer, Bible study, and friendship.
Sunday Morning Classes
There are two adult classes that meet Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM before the 10:30 AM worship service. Bruce Rice and John Furniss co-lead one adult class. Dan Teefey, Greg Miller, and Josh Vahle co-lead the other adult class. The classes meet on the second floor in rooms 25 and 26. Both classes are a mixture of fellowship, teaching, and discussion, seeking to “equip the saints” i.e. “train each of God’s beloved precious children” for their work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16).
Our men’s groups meet at 6am on Tuesdays mornings. Breakfast is usually provided along with biblical discussion and fellowship. Contact Christopher Dedert at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
Women’s Bible Studies
We have two women’s Bible studies that meet every Tuesday, except during the summer. There is a morning group and an evening group. To find out more information contact Maxine Rice & Clairice Hetzler.
Life Groups are a great way to get to know people in our church outside of Sunday mornings. These groups meet once each month (or more often) to share food, fun, and friendship as we walk through life with God. To find out more, contact Bruce Rice email@example.com.
It sounds like we like to eat! Once a month, we go to a different restaurant in Quincy to share a meal together. It’s a fun way to spend time together! Contact Bruce Rice firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Wednesday Noon Prayer Meeting
Seeking God is the way that we find Him in our lives. We know that we need God’s power to help us live as Jesus’ disciples and make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20). This is why we make it a priority to pray each Wednesday at noon. Every Wednesday, noon-12:45 pm in room 26, on the 2nd floor, next to the elevator.
Discovering the blessing of being a House of Prayer! Meetings held on Thursdays from 1:30-3 PM on the 2nd floor room (room 26) directly across from the elevator. For information talk with Bonnie Rice.
