For thus said Yahweh, God, The Holy One of Israel:
“In returning and rest you shall be saved;
in quietness and in trust shall be your strength…
Therefore the Yahweh waits to be gracious to you,
and therefore He exalts Himself to show mercy to you.
For Yahweh is a God of justice;
Blessed are all those who wait for Him.
For a people shall dwell in Zion (Hebrews 12:18-28; Ephesians 2:5-6), in Jerusalem; you shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry. As soon as He hears it, he answers you (John 14:13; 15:7; 16:23-24; Matthew 6:8). And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your Teacher will not hide Himself anymore, but your eyes shall see your Teacher (John 14:19-26; 16:16-24; Matthew 23:10; Isaiah 54:13). And your ears shall hear a Word behind you saying: “This is The Way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left (John 16:5-15). Then you will defile your carved idols overlaid with silver and your gold-plated images. You will scatter them as unclean things. You will say to them, “Be gone!” (Matthew 6:19-34; 1 John 3:7-10; 5:21; 2 Corinthians 5:21).

Oh Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit make this true for each of us at The Congo, as we learn together to obey Command in Matthew 28:20, by Your Grace and Power, not ours. Amen.
